The day starts at our yard off Papin Street near The Hill, and from that single base our crews work clear across the metro. Some mornings it is a steep-step brick two-family in Tower Grove or Dutchtown, some a Soulard or Lafayette Square rowhouse where a narrow front stoop sets the whole rhythm of the carry, some a downtown Washington Avenue loft running on a freight-elevator slot, some a Clayton high-rise that wants a COI on file, and some a big two-story out in Chesterfield or a St. Charles County subdivision. Wherever the address sits, a padded company truck shows up loaded with straps, blankets, and dollies, and the flat number we quoted against your home does not drift.
Run your eye down the lists below for a sense of our range.
Cities & Neighborhoods
- St. Louis, MO — South City, Soulard, the Central West End, and downtown, where steep brick steps and tight street parking turn every job into its own puzzle.
- Clayton & University City — high-rises and condos plus the Delmar Loop student rentals near Wash U and SLU.
- Downtown Loft District — Washington Avenue and the warehouse blocks with their freight elevators and COI rules, on our calendar most weeks.
- Wash U & SLU Area — faculty and student moves each season, and the rentals packed in around both campuses.
- Kirkwood & Webster Groves — older homes with leafy lots, narrow driveways, and the old staircases that come with them.
- Ladue & Frontenac — big estates set behind long drives, with HOA rules and careful handling all around.
- West County — Chesterfield, Ballwin, and Maplewood subdivisions and garden apartments along I-64 and I-270.
- St. Charles County — St. Charles and O’Fallon over the Missouri River, newer spread-out neighborhoods with HOA windows.
- Florissant & North County — ranch homes and split-levels north of the city up I-270.
- The Metro East, IL — Belleville, Edwardsville, Granite City, and Alton across the Mississippi.
Counties & Regions
- The St. Louis Metro — home turf: the city itself, the central corridor, west county, and the inner ring of suburbs.
- St. Louis County, MO — the city out to Clayton, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Florissant, and the county line.
- St. Charles County, MO — west over the Missouri River into St. Charles and O’Fallon.
- The Metro East, IL — St. Clair and Madison counties over the Mississippi, run under our Illinois authority.
- Jefferson & Franklin Counties — southwest down I-55 and I-44 past the edge of the county.
